  We brought our Passat in after someone crashed into the bumper while parked. They worked hand-in-hand with our insurance company to make it a painless experience for us, including coordinating the rental car. The bumper looks flawless and they took care of us like we were family.

  Incredible customer service! The person who looked at the damage on my car explained how they will fix it, and wanted me to feel in the loop. He got an estimate to me within the day! They even offered to set up my rental car pick up for me.
  They were also lower priced than the competition down the street, who didn't take to time to explain anything to me.
